Structural Warehouse Expansion
Footings piers columns Concrete 12″ stem walls 14000 sf. 12″ thick broom finish. The National Gypsum Gold Bond Building project consisted of 14,000 square feet of structural concrete work, including footing piers and 12-inch stem walls, providing a strong and durable foundation system for the facility.
This project was completed for Felix Construction and involved construction of the 1B3 Booster Pump Station, including installation of double rebar spaced at 8 inches on center and a 12-inch CPI structural wall designed for strength and long-term durability.
Satun Concrete successfully executed a large-scale structural building slab pour, adhering to rigorous engineering specifications and tight deadlines.
